Description
Namocell NI004 is a single cell dispenser for isolating and dispensing individual cells into microplates for cell sorting and single-cell workflows. This benchtop instrument uses microfluidic technology that combines flow cytometry and liquid dispensing to sort and dispense single cells directly into 96-well or 384-well plates. Manufacturer-stated specifications include 488 nm excitation, forward and side scatter detection, 2-color fluorescence, 100 to 600 uL input sample volume, 100 cells to 150M cells/mL input sample density, 1 uL per cell dispensing volume, sorting pressure under 2 psi, 2 min initialization time, and 6.5 mL/hr sheath consumption. This pre-owned unit is in working order based on intake inspection and shows normal signs of prior use. Included are the single cell dispenser, mini notebook with Hana software, and power cord.
